Warp text is a popular text effect used in magazines and books. By using this effect you merge text and image perfectly in a design. So in this post I am going to show how to wrap text around image in photoshop. Let’s get started!
I chose this image from freepik to to wrap text.
Click here to download the image.
Step 1: First of all drag the margins around the image from rulers.
Step 2: Goto Select>Subject. Photoshop automatically selects the subject of the image.
Step 3: Again go to Select>Modify>Expand and give 80 pixels to expand.
Step 4: Right click>Select Inverse selection
Step 5: Click Rectangular marquee tool and select ‘subtract from selection’ option. Now remove the selections from out of the margins of the image.
Step 6: Right click>Make work path and give tolerance value as 5.0 pixels.
