In February 2023, Nokia unveiled a completely redesigned logo, signaling a marked departure from its previous aesthetic. The updated logo incorporates five distinct geometric shapes in different shades of blue, cleverly arranged to loosely mimic the resemblance of the word “Nokia”.
The first Nokia logo (1865) featured a mighty salmon, representing the river Nokianvirta where the company’s first mill was established.
Marking a significant departure from its previous design, Nokia introduced a striking new logo in February 2023.
Reflecting an abstract and modern aesthetic, the symbol embodies the broad vision of “creating the future” and emphasizes the company’s commitment to future technologies such as 5G and cloud computing.
